Hello Everyone!!

We know that healthy eating is extremely important when we exercise frequently, but do you know the importance
of hydration during training?

This importance occurs because, during physical activity, the muscles produce a large amount of heat and,
when this happens, the body temperature increases. Therefore, sweating is a physiological response that tries to
limit this increase in temperature.

However, during sweating there is a loss of fluids, and if this loss is not compensated, there is an imbalance in temperature regulation leading to decreased yield and the appearance of other health problems.

Now that you know, do not forget to always take your water bottle during training !!!
And remember without sweat there is no achievement !!!
