Hello Everyone!!

Before starting the workout, you can do some stretches. Without strength, the movements should be slow and smooth,
so that your body responds to stimuli and you don’t end up developing possible contusions

The ideal is that the stretches last from 20 to 45 seconds, no more or less. Less than that, exercise has no effect.
More than 45 seconds, it can stretch the muscle, and that is not the goal.

The pain should be mild, without acute pain. If you feel very uncomfortable, stop immediately.
Remember never to exceed the limit, do not stretch too much, as it can damage your muscles a lot.
If you need guidance, ask our instructors for help.
